This term has seen many of our year levels venture off on different excursions, as part of the students learning. Excursions are always a highlight of students schooling lives and they have enjoyed exploring various places. This term:
The Grade 3’s explored the mighty MCG and had an access all areas pass around the stadium. They also enjoyed immersing themselves in the various interactive activities in the Sporting museum.
The Grade 5’s travelled back through time, heading to Sovereign Hill, where many of them came back a little richer after finding some gold in the rivers of Sovereign Hill.
The Grade 6’s put their parliamentary hats on with a visit to Parliament House. Here the students got to role play various roles. We wonder if the future Australian Prime Minister will be a student from Cana.
